Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All MOTVVE products are made to order through our fulfillment partners.
Your order is produced at the nearest facility (UK, EU, or US) to reduce shipping times.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping typically takes:
UK & EU: 3–7 business days | US: 3–8 business days | International: 7–15 business days
When will my order be made?
Every item is created once your order is placed — no mass production.
This helps us reduce waste and maintain quality.
Once your order is printed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each piece is made to order, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has already entered production, we can’t make modifications.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or preference — each item is made uniquely for you.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge.
